Bien qu\u2019ayant encore au moins trois kilos de pluches de pommes dans le cong\u00e9lo, je me suis dis qu\u2019un petit changement ne me ferai pas de mal.<br \/>\nAlors c\u2019est parti<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la gel\u00e9e de coings<br \/>\ndes coings  de l\u2019eau du sucre 1 citron<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire de la gel\u00e9e de coings, c\u2019est le b\u00e9a ba, cela marche toujours tellement il y a de pectine dans ces fruits l\u00e0.<br \/>\nLaver consciencieusement les coings pour enlever le duvet, et la substance un peu collante qui recouvre les fruits, s\u2019il y a des petits coups, les enlever aussi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les couper en morceaux en gardant peaux et p\u00e9pins.
