Lavez, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez, coupez en fines lamelles le poivron. Effilez les poids gourmands. Lavez et \u00e9mincez la ciboulette. Lavez, s\u00e9chez et effeuillez le basilic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire chauffer dans une sauteuse l\u2019huile, ajoutez les morceaux de poulets et faites-les dorer en remuant. Les retirer de la sauteuse et y faire dorer les lamelles de poivrons et morceaux de ciboule. Les faire revenir quelques minutes en remuant, puis remettre les morceaux de poulet avec les noix de cajou. Salez, Poivrez, arrosez avec le miel, de sauce soja et faits cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant cinq minutes en remuant de temps en temps. Ajoutez alors les pois gourmands et poursuivez la cuisson dix minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. En fin de cuisson, ajoutez le basilic. C\u2019est pr\u00eat \u00e0 servir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nVous remarquerez qu\u2019il y a de la viande dans cette recette, en fait j\u2019en mange tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s peu et uniquement quand je suis au resto ou invit\u00e9. &#8211; Mais quand on re\u00e7oit il est difficile de se passer de quelques prot\u00e9ines animales. Je choisi alors souvent de la volaille blanche, dinde, poulet et plus rarement canard. Pour la simple raison qu\u2019il me semble que le co\u00fbt pour la plan\u00e8te de leur production est infiniment moindre que le boeuf, mouton et porc &#8211; Peut-\u00eatre je me trompe et si c\u2019est le cas n\u2019h\u00e9siter pas \u00e0 m\u2019en informer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>TESTE et APPROUVE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">MAJ\u00a0: 27 octobre 2008 C\u2019est tr\u00e8s bon froid aussi &#8211; enfin \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante &#8211;<br \/>\nPar contre, et je m\u2019en bas la coulpe, ce n\u2019est pas du tout un plat de saison et je me suis rendu compte que les pois gourmands venaient du Kenya &#8211; Alors l\u00e0 le co\u00fbt \u00e9cologique de cette recette en prend un coup quand on le r\u00e9alise \u00e0 cette saison\u00a0!
